Q. What happens if it rains on the day of our party and we can't use the Bouncy Castle we hired?
A. We have a rainy day policy, as long as the Bouncy Castle is still unopened in it's bag you will receive the full price back less $30. It's a good idea to have a back up location such as a local hall so the party can still go on!
Q. How do the Bouncy Castles inflate?
A. The Bouncy Castles come with a blower for inflation and the instructions.
Q. What songs are on the JukeBoxes? Can we add our own music?
A. The Juke Boxes are loaded with over 2000 songs so there is a lot of variety and choice. Please contact us with your song requests and we will endeavour to get them for you.
